Fair Wear & Tear Policy

The following are generally considered acceptable:

• Minor stone chips
• Light scratches consistent with normal use
• Normal tyre wear
• Minor interior wear from everyday driving instruction use

The following may result in repair charges:

• Large dents or deep scratches
• Cracked or damaged lights
• Torn or heavily stained interior
• Wheel damage beyond normal wear
• Missing items or equipment
• Smoke damage or strong odours
• Unreported accident damage

Tyres must remain:

• Road legal
• Free from dangerous damage
• Maintained within legal tread limits

Charges may apply for damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Vehicles should be returned in a reasonably clean condition.

Excessively dirty vehicles may incur valeting charges.

Any damage or faults should be reported immediately to avoid further issues or charges.
