To apply for a vehicle lease, customers must:

• Hold a valid UK driving licence
• Meet insurance requirements
• Provide valid identification and proof of address
• Provide any requested documentation during onboarding

We reserve the right to refuse applications at our discretion.

All leases are subject to vehicle availability and approval.

Lease packages may include:

• Dual-control vehicle use
• Insurance (where applicable)
• Breakdown cover
• Maintenance support

Package details may vary depending on the agreement. Weekly lease payments must be maintained throughout the lease period.

Payments must be made on time via approved payment methods.

Failure to maintain payments may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Vehicle recovery
• Termination of agreement
• Additional recovery or administration charges

Customers are responsible for:

• Keeping the vehicle clean and roadworthy
• Checking tyres, oil, coolant, and warning lights
• Reporting faults immediately
• Driving responsibly

Smoking, illegal activity, racing, or unauthorised vehicle modifications are strictly prohibited.

Drivers must immediately report:

• Accidents
• Damage
• Insurance incidents
• Breakdown situations

Insurance excess charges may apply where relevant.

Customers must not arrange repairs without approval from MDL Instructor Leasing unless safety requires emergency action. Routine servicing and inspections must be completed when requested.

Breakdown assistance may be provided through third-party providers. Response times and services are controlled by the breakdown provider.

Vehicles must be returned:

• In reasonable condition
• With fair wear and tear only
• With all keys and supplied equipment

Additional charges may apply for excessive damage, missing items, or neglect.

All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the property of MDL Instructor Leasing. Users must not copy or misuse website content without permission.

MDL Instructor Leasing shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings
• Business interruption
• Indirect losses
• Delays caused by third-party services
